About me
I’m Annika, a photographer and creator from Vancouver, Canada. My love for travel began on family trips to Hawaii, standing at the edge of Queen’s Bath thinking, “This probably isn’t the safest idea… but it’s unforgettable.” That moment set something off. Ever since, I’ve been chasing that same spark of wonder, freedom, and curiosity while trying to capture it through a lens.
I studied Film Production, but most of what shaped me came from getting lost, meeting strangers, and paying attention to light when no one else noticed. Photography turned into my way of holding onto what matters and telling stories without speaking.
When I’m not shooting or writing, I’m hiking, skiing, or somewhere in nature questioning what I’m seeing and trying to translate that feeling into an image. I’m always looking for the next moment that pushes me to see things differently.
